Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN Telemetry in Greenville, NC to work on a 12-hour night shift. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with a minimum of 36 hours per week in a telemetry unit caring for adult patients with complex medical needs.

Requirements include RN license (compact accepted), 1 year of telemetry experience, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Start date is 11/09/2026; end date 01/03/2027; travel benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• RN license (compact accepted)
• 1 year of telemetry nursing experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and manage continuous infusion medications
• Perform wound care and wound/chest drain dressing changes
• Operate central lines and tracheotomy patients
• Start IVs and draw labs
• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs via EKG/telemetry
