Cross Country Nurses seeks a Travel Nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Salem, MA. The Telemetry nurse will float across units, providing specialized care to acute medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring.

Requires MA RN license, BLS, 2 years of acute care and 2 years traveling. EPIC is used for documentation; housing, health insurance, and travel reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years acute care hospital experience in one location.
• 2+ years of travel nurse experience.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac patient care.

Responsibilities

• Float across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ED, and ICU units as needed.
• Monitor telemetry, manage cardiac drips, and read strips.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient care.
• Document in EPIC EMR and ensure patient safety.
