Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license required.
• Experience in Telemetry or step-down/tele units is preferred.
• Strong ECG interpretation and cardiac monitoring skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare settings and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for telemetry patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Respond promptly to cardiac alerts and emergencies.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and support staff.
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in EHRs.
• Educate patients and families on care plan, procedures, and recovery.
