Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Telemetry RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry unit in Texas. Active TX or compact RN license and Cerner EMR experience are required, along with BLS and Prevention First certifications. Telemetry experience is essential for consideration.

Shifts are 3x12 hours starting at 6:45 AM, with 36 hours per week. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility and be flexible for any day of the week.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Prevention First certification is required.
• Cerner EMR experience must be listed in employment history.
• Must meet telemetry nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the 3W Med/Tele unit of a hospital setting.
• 3x12hr shifts starting at 6:45 AM, 36 hours weekly.
• Must be open to work any day of the week.
• Provide telemetry nursing care within a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility.
• RTO should be kept to less than 7 days.
• No self-scheduling; flexibility required for any day of the week.
• Returning permanent employees must obtain approval prior to consideration.
