Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry travel assignment. The 13-week contract starts October 12, 2026, with 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts in a hospital telemetry inpatient unit.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,941 to $1,975. The role includes dedicated recruiter support, credentialing assistance, 24/7 travel support, and extension opportunities. Availability for the start date is required.

Qualifications

Active RN license in California.
Ability to work in a hospital telemetry setting.
Available for a 13-week assignment beginning 10/12/2026.
Telemetry/medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Monitor patients receiving telemetry monitoring, document findings, and respond to clinical changes.
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
Maintain patient safety, adherence to infection control practices, and compliance with regulatory standards.
