Fidelity On Call is seeking a Travel RN for Telemetry on 12-hour night shifts in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on caring for patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, with travel pay and allowances included.

You’ll monitor patients, collaborate with care teams, educate patients, and respond to emergencies per protocol. Required: RN license for the state, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, telemetry or step-down experience, and weekend coverage on alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• RN license required for the state of assignment.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
• Experience in telemetry or step-down units preferred.
• Strong assessment, multitasking, and crisis management skills.
• Will work every other weekend.

Pay Rate: Up to $60/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.
