Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role focuses on a Step-Down Unit with emphasis on cardiac patients and other medical conditions, requiring strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced setting.

Shifts are 12-hour nights, 48 hours per week, with travel employment and a 13-week duration. Start date 11/09/2026; licensure and Marshfield work history documentation may be required.

Qualifications

• RN license required; BSN preferred but not mandatory.
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) and NIHSS.
• Experience: minimum 1 year as RN in a step-down or similar unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a Step-Down Unit, focusing on cardiac and general medical patients.
• Titrate drips (insulin, heparin, nitro, diltiazem) and manage telemetry monitoring.
• Utilize tele-monitoring systems; monitor patient status and respond to changes.
• Float rotation may be required.
