Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent bedside experience in a step-down or similar unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Step-Down Unit.
• Monitor and assess patients with close monitoring needs.
• Administer medications and collaborate with care team.
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and safety protocols.
