HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Helena, MT. The role focuses on stepdown care with float coverage across units, offering 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 12-hour night schedule (12x3).

Start date is 11/15/2026 in Helena, MT, with travel-focused support from the employer. Candidates should have at least two years of stepdown experience, BLS and ACLS, and be comfortable floating across units.

Formación

• Two years of stepdown experience (travel experience preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to float between medical floor, stepdown/ICU, and surgical/oncology units as needed.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care to stepdown-level patients, including monitoring, medication administration, and IV therapies.
• Assess patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and respond to changes in clinical status promptly.
• Float between medical floor, stepdown/ICU, and surgical/oncology units as assigned; adapt care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-specific care plans; document in the Epic EMR.
