Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI ) is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) - Stepdown/Med Surg Float for a 13-week travel contract in Oklahoma City, OK. This role offers 12-hour shifts and both day and night options.

You will provide nursing care, monitor patients, assist physicians, administer medications, and educate families. Requirements include an Oklahoma RN license, BLS, ACLS, and an Associate's Degree in Nursing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact RN license (eNLC).
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a variety of hospital patients with simple to complex health conditions.
• Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients.
• Monitor and document patient responses to nursing interventions and treatments.
• Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
• Monitor physiological data and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products.
• Deliver competent patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, hospital procedures, and discharge.
• Make appropriate patient-care referrals.
• Delegate tasks to support staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
