Job summary

TravelNurseSource is seeking an experienced IMC RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Springdale, AR. You will provide direct patient care in an Acute Care/Stepdown unit, with days shifts and every other weekend. Onsite assignment with Cerner EMR and a collaborative care team.

Requires AR or compact RN license, 2+ years Stepdown/IMC experience, ACLS and BLS, and proven experience in ACU/IMC. Join a supportive staffing partner delivering diverse clinical exposure.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas or a compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/IMC/ACU experience.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Acute Care/Stepdown units.
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate care between ICU and med/surg.
• Float to Med-Surgical or Telemetry as needed.
• Document care accurately using Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe patient outcomes.
