Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step-down Registered Nurse in Saint Charles, MO. The LTACH unit features 74 beds and uses the Epic charting system. Assignment length is 13 weeks with 12-hour day shifts (07:00–07:00) and start date 10/09/2026.
Licensure must be MO or a Compact license; 1 year of RN experience is required. Pay ranges from $2,097 to $2,331 weekly; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.
Qualifications
