Job summary
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for the Senior Behavioral Health Unit on nights in Moberly, MO. This 13-week contract offers a nights shift from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am with no on-call or floating.
Requirements include at least 1 year in gero-psych, BLS, and experience in acute-care behavioral health. MedHost EMR familiarity is preferred; CPI/SAMA de-escalation training or willingness to train is needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience required in behavioral health or related field.
- BLS certification required.
- De-escalation training (SAMA or CPI) required.
- Previous gero-psych unit experience in acute care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health evaluation and plan nursing care for assigned patients.
- Assist physicians during examinations and administer medications within RN scope.
