Qualifications

• Perform plan of care interventions including medications, specimens, treatments and documenting care.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition to care team, physician, patient and family.

• Educate patient and family appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
