Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The facility requires a Neuro/Ortho rehabilitation focus with 12-hour days and a commitment of 36 hours per week on a travel basis.

The position includes team-based care on an acute inpatient rehab unit, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and exposure to post-surgical rehabilitation cases.

Qualifications

• Valid BLS certification required.
• NIHSS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical or rehabilitation settings.
• Unrestricted RN license to submit.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a medical-surgical rehabilitation unit.
• Participate in team huddles and assume charge nurse duties when assigned.
• Perform dressing changes and administer fluids, blood products, and antibiotics.
• Use bedside equipment (BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC) and document in EPIC.
• May float to inpatient oncology, telemetry, or orthopedic units as needed.
