Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Perform focused reassessments and elevate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
• Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and updates to care plans.
