Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice RN program offers part-time opportunities at MercyOne Davenport Medical Center, IA. RNs provide flexible, mobile staffing across locations with day shifts and premium pay. Nationwide and regional assignments are available and daily pay is offered.

Requirements include RN licensure and nursing graduation, with 18+ months in Med/Surg/Tele/PCU or 2+ years in other specialties; ACLS/PALS/BLS credentials per specialty may be required.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s) of practice.
Minimum 18 months of Med Surg/Tele/PCU; 2 years for other specialties.
Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

Float throughout hospital locations/regions as needed.
Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
Act independently within license; collaborate with stakeholders to improve care.
Manage delegation, decisions and outcomes with accountability.
Adapt to new ideas and competing priorities while maintaining quality.
