Responsibilities

• Provide postpartum nursing care to new mothers and newborns, ensuring adherence to unit policies and procedures.
• Support breastfeeding techniques and educate patients on newborn care.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver evidence-based patient care.
• Perform newborn screenings, blood glucose monitoring, and jaundice assessments.
• Assist with perineal and incision care, and offer feeding support to patients.
