Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PreOp/Endoscopy position in Wisconsin. The role requires 3+ years of nursing experience, an active WI or compact RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications. NIHSS certification may be required to complete compliance.

The position involves day shifts (4x10 hours) with on-call duties Saturdays and Sundays about every two months, and travel nurse eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active WI license or compact license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications in hand.
• NIHSS certification required (may be pending).
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care in PreOp.
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:2.
• Perform procedures and use endoscopy equipment as listed.
• Manage on-call duties for weekends, approximately every two months.
