Job summary

Cross Country TravCorps, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Pediatrics OR in Tacoma, WA, for a 14-week assignment. The role involves circulating in pediatric surgeries and supporting a Level II pediatric trauma center with complex cases.

Shifts are 10 hours, days, 40 hours per week, with potential weekend work and on-call every ~6 weeks. BLS, PALS, and WA RN license are required; CNOR is preferred. Float to PICU/NICU may be needed.

Qualifications

• Certifications: BLS, PALS, WA State or compact RN license; CNOR preferred.
• Float rotation may be required to assist PICU/NICU.
• May assist anesthesia with procedures such as intubations in MRI/IR settings; weekend shifts possible; on-call ~ every 6 weeks with 30-minute response time.

Responsibilities

• Circulating in Pediatric OR cases and assisting in high-level pediatric surgeries.
• Assist anesthesia with intubations in MRI or IR settings when needed.
• Float to PICU/NICU to support staffing during busy periods.
• Weekend on-call approximately every 6 weeks with 30-minute response time.
