Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Coos Bay, Oregon. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with a 36-hour work week and 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Active RN license in the relevant state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry data, interpret findings, and act on abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing protocols, with cardiac focus.
• Assist during cardiac procedures and prepare equipment as needed.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety of telemetry patients.
• Document patient status and notify physicians of changes in condition.
• Respond to life-threatening situations following established protocols.
