Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Florence, SC, is seeking a travel nurse RN for a PCU/Progressive Care Unit assignment. The position is 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week and night shifts, starting 11/09/2026.

You must hold an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS and ACLS, and at least 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience. This assignment includes weekly pay, credentialing support, housing options, and comprehensive benefits through MedPro Staffing.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.

• BLS & ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients requiring close monitoring in PCU/step-down.
• Administer and titrate medications with attention to vital signs and changes in patient condition.
