Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU – Progressive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Gilbert, Arizona. The role requires RN licensure, a nursing degree, BLS/ACLS, and at least 18 months of PCU/step-down acute care experience.

You will work 36 hours weekly on 12-hour shifts during a 13-week engagement. The agency provides weekly pay, credentialing fee coverage, housing options, health and life insurance, travel reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients not unstable enough to need ICU care.
• Utilize computer equipment to monitor vitals and detect changes for timely intervention.
