Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel assignment in Bridgeport, West Virginia. You will provide specialized care to step-down and post-acute patients, monitor titratable drips, telemetry, and patient stability throughout night shifts.

Requirements include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, RN license, and a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in acute care. Schedule is 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, 13 weeks, with travel housing and full benefits available.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in acute/step-down care.
• Nursing license in good standing with WV recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to step-down/post-MI, vascular, and other critical patients.
• Monitor titratable drips (nitroglycerine, Neo, Cardene) and telemetry.
• Read ECG strips and collaborate with charge nurses.
• Utilize BiPAP/CPAP ventilation as required.
