Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lone Tree, CO. You will provide high‑level nursing care on a Progressive/Stepdown unit, with 36 hours per week across 12‑hour night shifts. Start ASAP, with licensing requirements and a supportive clinical team.

The role emphasizes telemetry monitoring, cardiac care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, patient-centered care while enjoying competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets telemetry, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms.
• Administers medications and treatments for cardiac care.
• Aids physician during cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintains patient safety, comfort, and telemetry monitoring.
• Documents history, assessments, and responses to interventions.
• Initiates patient education on cardiac health and risk factors.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure patient-centered care.
• Upholds confidentiality and hospital safety standards.
