Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, supervise nursing staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This role involves 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and adherence to safety standards. An active RN license with BLS is required; ACLS is preferred prior to first shift.

Qualifications

• RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Minimum two years bedside clinical experience preferred.
• Travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission.
• Develop individualized care plans and provide patient education.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately.
• Initiate discharge planning from day one and ensure continuity of care.
• Supervise ancillary nursing personnel and promote safety.
