Qualifications

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Location flexibility and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within the first 8 hours of admission.
• Supervise ancillary staff and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Communicate changes in patient status to ensure continuity of care.
