MedPro Healthcare Staffing is looking for a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit in Youngstown, Ohio. This position requires an active RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program along with BLS certification. The role includes assessing patient needs and providing comprehensive care in a 12-hour night shift format for a duration of 13 weeks.

Formación
- Must hold an active RN license.
- Degree must be from an accredited nursing program.
- BLS certifications are mandatory.
- At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step‑down setting.
Responsabilidades
- Assess patient needs and changes in their condition; utilize the nursing process to provide care.
- Collect and analyze data from healthcare members and document nursing diagnoses.
- Document the patient's care plan following nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.
- Educate patient and/or family regarding care procedures.
- Revise care plans as per changes in medical and nursing intervention effectiveness.
