MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Lynchburg, Virginia. The PCU role requires 18 months of acute care PCU/step-down experience, active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a 13-hour night shift schedule with 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 18 months of recent PCU/Step-down experience.

Responsibilities

• Progressive Care Nurses monitor and care for patients requiring close monitoring but not ICU-level care.
• Monitor cardiac and vital signs and respond to changes to prevent emergencies.
