• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, forming the basis of individualized care plans.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to identify educational needs and goals related to diagnoses.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record according to policy.
• Participates in patient rehabilitation activities and directs direct patient care using the nursing process.
