MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.

The PCU/Step-down nurse will care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment, with duties including monitoring cardiac vitals and titrating medications as needed. This 13-week travel assignment is scheduled for 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift, in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Active RN License is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Eighteen months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing care including close patient monitoring and frequent assessment.
• Utilize monitoring equipment to detect changes and intervene in life-threatening situations.
