Talented Medical Solutions in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced RN to join the PCU team. The role provides direct patient care, assessments, and timely interventions in a fast-paced setting, with emphasis on collaboration and professional development.

You will document care in the electronic health record, participate in quality initiatives, educate patients and families, and maintain readiness for emergencies while advancing your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona with PCU/step-down experience preferred.
• Experience delivering direct nursing care in PCU.
• Ability to triage, monitor changes, and implement timely interventions.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate documentation.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Knowledge of infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to participate in quality improvement and high-visibility metrics.
• Capacity to educate patients/families on care plans and discharge needs.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and growth.
