Required ACLS and an active RN license in Georgia; familiarity with cardiac drips and insulin drips is expected. The unit supports 29 beds with a 1:4 patient ratio ideally, floating across competencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• ACLS certification required.
• Experience in PCU/step-down patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the PCU.
• Manage cardiac and insulin drop protocols as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure patient safety and timely documentation.
