UVA Health Internal Traveler Program (ITP) offers experienced healthcare professionals the flexibility of 13-week assignments with the opportunity to join one of the nation’s leading academic health systems. Internal Travelers can explore new clinical settings, expand their skills, and earn competitive compensation and sign-on incentives while working assignments for up to 39 weeks.
Available to both current UVA Health travelers and external candidates, this program supports a dynamic travel
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.
- Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
