Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an RN for the Night Shift at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. You will work 12-hour nights (3 days/week) on 5 East Ortho/Spine, providing care for knee/hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries.

Must have ortho experience, RN license, compassion and teamwork, with attention to documentation in Meditech. Onsite assignment with 13-week contract starting 9/07/2026; navy scrubs dress code; scheduling includes 4 weekend shifts; patient ratios and unit

Qualifications

• RN license required to practice in the state.
• Strong ortho background and teamwork are essential.
• Compassionate patient care and collaborative nursing support are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for knee/hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries on 5 East Ortho/Spine.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort and pain management during 12-hour night shifts.
• Complete documentation and coordinate with floor staff and physicians.
