Solutions By Sanford in Bismarck, ND seeks a Registered Nurse for travel assignments. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and coordinate patient education across all care phases during 14-week contracts.

The role requires a valid RN license, one year of experience, and travel experience of at least six months. Bachelor's degree is preferred, with competencies and certifications maintained as required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience.
• At least six months of travel experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize standards as designated in the state practice act and professional codes.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, patient education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
• Remain compliant with applicable licensure requirements and facility policies.
