Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel assignments at Bismarck Med Ctr in Bismarck, ND. The RN will work 12-hour night shifts with 36 weekly hours, on a 14-week contract with extension options.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of nursing experience and 6 months travel experience, with an unencumbered RN license. Bachelor's degree preferred; multistate licensure acceptable in NLC states. Eligible candidates must live 60 miles away from the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Minimum 6 months travel experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid RN license in practicing state or multistate license via NLC.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams.
• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized care.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate care across shifts.
• Triage and respond to patient needs within scope of practice.
