Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept night shift position in Tucson, AZ. The role requires 2+ years ED experience and Cerner proficiency, working nights 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends. The 13-week contract includes lodging and stipends as part of the weekly pay package.

Active AZ or compact RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and no license expiring within 30 days are required. Prior CHS experience is noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
• Active AZ or compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Cerner EMR experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department utilizing the Nursing Process and critical thinking
• Delegate patient care priorities and provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
