Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Psychiatric Services in Lewiston, ME. This 13-week contract role requires a valid RN license, BLS, and CPI training. The RN will provide care for patients in a high-demand psychiatric unit, including crisis management and interdisciplinary care planning.

Shifts are Nights, 12 hours, with 3 days per week. Start date 10/19/2026; weekly pay $2,185.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS Certification required.
• CPI training must be current prior to start.
• 2-Year Associates degree required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage stress and work under pressure; flexible to cover 24/7.
• Must be able to work nights and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and update interdisciplinary plans of care.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and coordinate resources for psychiatric patients.
• Crisis Psychiatric Unit serves patients 5 and up with psychiatric illnesses.
