Job summary
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN for Hematology/Oncology in Gilbert, AZ. You will work on a Medical Surgical Oncology floor, providing bedside nursing care on 12-hour night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required: RN license in the practice state, BLS, 1 year of clinical experience, oncology/chemotherapy certification; preferred: Bachelor’s degree and oncology certifications. Travel benefits include housing and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning aspects.
- Develop and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Deliver direct patient care and supervise licensed staff.
- Evaluate patient responses to treatment and document in records.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and professional development.
