Responsabilidades

• Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Administer, monitor, and document medications
• Start and manage IVs; monitor IV sites and patency
• Perform dressing changes and wound care
• Insert and manage catheters as indicated
• Monitor for adverse symptoms and elevate issues to providers
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
