Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in Quincy, IL. The role requires Med Surg experience and a commitment to patient care on a 12-hour night shift, 36 or 48 hours per week.

The package includes a local pay rate of $63/hour, a $500 starting bonus, weekly housing stipend of $770 and meals/incidental stipend of $476. Candidates must have IL RN license, BLS, Covid vaccination or declination, and 2+ years Med Surg experience.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Full command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process and deliver patient care.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment with supervision and effective nursing care coordination.
• Maintain nursing standards and assist others in patient care management.
