Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Nurse - RN in MS/TELE to provide high-quality patient care in medical‑surgical and telemetry units. You will assess patients, monitor cardiac telemetry, and collaborate with the healthcare team to plan individualized care.

Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and clear communication are essential. The role requires 1 year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, current RN licensure, and BLS certification, with preferred NIHSS/ACLS credentials and ongoing

Qualifications

• One year of Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist physicians.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for recovery.
• Document patient information in the medical record.
• Collaborate with teams to create care plans.
• Prioritize care based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Ensure infection control practices and PPE use.
• Coordinate discharge planning with patients and families.
