Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing‑Nursing is seeking a Travel RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Salem, MA for a 13-week assignment starting 10/18/2026. The role offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and travel pay with comprehensive benefits.

You will deliver high-quality patient care, perform assessments, monitor telemetry, administer meds, and collaborate with care teams. Valid RN license, BLS, and 1 year Med Surg/Telemetry experience required.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations and BLS.
• Nights shift availability and ability to work travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring understanding.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in adherence to nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ conditions, documenting changes and reporting concerns to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Manage multiple patients, prioritizing care based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Maintain infection control practices, including hand hygiene and PPE use.
