Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Brockton, Massachusetts. This assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, travel benefits included.

Requirements include an active RN license, a nursing degree, BLS certification, and 18 months of acute care Med/Surg experience; other facility requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS Certifications
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
