Job summary

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Garfield Heights, Ohio. This position requires Med Surg/Telemetry expertise, current RN licensure, and eligible for a permanent or compact Ohio license.

Start ASAP for a 20-week contract with 36 hours weekly and 12-hour shifts. Pay range listed per week is 2080.40–2184.42, with orientation including ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate.

Qualifications

• RN with Med Surg/Telemetry experience.
• Must have 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (permanent).
• AHA BLS & ACLS required, NIHSS testing during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry and medical/surgical care in a hospital setting.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate during orientation.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for patient outcomes.
