Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN for Med Surg / Telemetry in Madison, WI. You will care for adults on a 28-bed unit, performing telemetry monitoring and medications while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires two years of acute care in the last three years, a Wisconsin RN license (or compact), and AHA BLS certification, with a telemetry test prior to start. Travel assignment with night shifts and 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty.
• Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA).
• Telemetry test prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality inpatient care on a fast-paced 28-bed MS Tele unit.
• Perform telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Administer medications and manage wounds.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote patient health.
