MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Mequon, Wisconsin. This role involves 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and a 13-week assignment in Med/Surg/Telemetry.

Requirements include an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and BLS. Eighteen months of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience is expected. Travel experience and client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient\'s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and treatment team members.
