American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for Med/Surg Telemetry in Des Moines, IA, for a 13-week assignment. You will work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift in a resource pool, covering multiple units as needed by the facility.

Requires IA or compact RN license and BLS; travel-friendly benefits start day one, with pay packages based on 12-hour shifts and weekly pay; local candidates accepted.

Qualifications

• Active IA or compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• License verification from NURSYS within 30 days of start

Responsibilities

• Work in the Resource Pool covering multiple units within a hospital setting
• Primarily Med/Surg Tele assignments as needed by the facility
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Support different units and gain diverse clinical experience
• COVID vaccination card must be provided for consideration
• Holiday and weekend coverage are required throughout the contract
• Local candidates are accepted
