Job summary

TravelNurseSource is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg/Telemetry in Seattle, WA. The position features nights (3 days x 12 hours) on a contract lasting 18 weeks, with a start date of 10/12/2026 and a weekly pay of $2,146.

The RN will provide comprehensive care in a Med/Surg unit focusing on telemetry monitoring, patient education, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective recovery and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor vitals and telemetry.
• Administer medications with correct dosing and timing.
• Monitor telemetry data and report abnormalities to the team.
• Provide post‑op wound care and incision care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and therapists on care plans.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and provide ACLS if needed.
• Document assessments and interventions in the EHR.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing learning.
